    I was a RWIA tenant last year and had a very positive experience with the company. The landlord was very responsive if we had any issues or problems, all of which were resolved very quickly. There was a great communication with tenants, informing us with plenty of time when visits/checks were being carried out (eg of alarms and show arounds). The house we stayed in was lovely (7 people) and we were given the majority of our deposits back with no issues and fairly. Would definitely recommend.

    I was an RWIA tenant last year (my second year uni house) and couldn't fault House Manchester - especially Amy who looked after us and our house! The house was spotless when we moved in and I really appreciated that we all had matching furniture regardless of room size. Any time there were any maintenance issues someone would come that day to resolve them which was great and contact with House was direct and accessible throughout my entire tenancy. Overall I would highly recommend!

I have stayed in the same house for 2 years running now as are a great company to live with. any issues we have had (ie broken dryer, leaking radiator) were fixed super quickly whenever we email for maintenance. company are super efficient at making sure the house is in good condition. rent seems expensive but it’s probably worth it considering how nice the house is and how good the staff are

    I am an RWIA tenant. Moved into a nice house, relatively clean - but we already okayed this with the landlord so it isn’t an issue - to a bottle of prosecco and a lovely card. Had no issues so far about contacting for maintenance issues or any other queries. Even with the issue with out washing machine, they have sent people out to look at it and are helpful when we email them.

    You hear many horror stories of lacklustre student letting agents in Manchester but this REALLY isn’t the case with House. I was an RWIA tenant last year (2021-2022) and honestly cannot fault it. Not only was our house in better condition and more stylish than my friends’ but the appliances were more up to date and efficient. Whenever we had a query or a problem our emails were diligently responded to and the problem was often fixed within 24 hours. The team is very friendly and approachable, we always felt help was never far away should need it. My only complaint is that they don’t let more properties!
