Contacted today and spoke with James who was extremely helpful regarding a fault with a boiler I inherited when I moved to my property. Not only did Owen come out and diagnose the problem ( and find several faults from previous repairs in the process) he fixed the problem as well all free of charge as well, absolutely fantastic customer service I can't thank you enough I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My Boiler is over four years old. It developed a leak. I phoned Andrew Hounsfield and he came to see us the next day and had an engineer come the following day to complete the repair. Never had such prompt service from any other boiler manufacturer. Can not recommend then highly enough. Also apart from the small leak an excellent boiler.

We as a company have now fitted hundreds of Hounsfield boilers and can't thank Andrew enough for his service. I thought I'd give him alittle shout out today as he's helped one of my dear clients out. I spoke with Andrew this week to explain one of my clients had a problem with his boiler that has been in 5 years. No fault of Hounsfield but my own client had lost his wife to lung cancer and had forgotten to get his boiler serviced for 2 years. As a result some of the door seals had gone wrong and the boiler was in alittle bit of a state. I explained the situation to Andrew and sorted the boiler my end which is now perfectly working in good order. After my conversion about my client Andrew has sent me out a load of door seals and parts to replace free of charge even though it is out of warranty due to the situation. My client and I thank you deeply its another problem hes not got to worry about. Keep up the good work thank you again guys for all your hard work 👍
