    I have never been able to keep momentum with my workouts until I joined HOH. Not only have I lost weight, but I'm more agile, flexible and faster in my day to day activities. Each month there's a challenge to achieve, and the sessions support you into achieving them in various different ways, each session there's something new! HOH have helped me to change my mentality around loosing weight and also helped me discover things about me I never knew I could do!

    I joined Hounds of Health in January in 2023, joining has easily been the best decision I’ve made this year. After years of trying different gym classes and forms of exercise I can finally say I’ve found a training programme I enjoy and look forward to attending. Paul and his team are super supportive, and other members have been really friendly and welcoming. The small group classes are perfect for me, each class is varied and I enjoy having 3 different trainers throughout the week. As a complete novice at the gym everyone is really supportive and I never feel judged. The nutritional plan has also changed the way I look at food, and I’m seeing positive changes to my physical and mental health. In the space of 4 months I’ve gone from not wanting to attend the gym to not wanting to ever miss a class!

    I have never been able to make going to the gym regularly a lasting habit- it was always something I would go for 3-6 months and then completely fall off the wagon, get back into, stop, etc. It also didn’t help that I had a lot of anxiety around the gym in general so it was always daunting going into a gym and having to come up with a plan for my workout and stick to it. After COVID my gym anxiety got a lot worse and I struggled to lose my lockdown weight gain. After joining HOH I have consistently trained multiple times a week for the last year and I have never felt stronger. The group classes (which as an introvert never thought I would enjoy) actually help to motivate me and push me further so I have made tremendous progress. The trainers are all wonderful and help every person get the most out of their training. It’s genuinely like a meal kit for your body- you can just show up and be told exactly what to do and as long as you are willing to give it 100% you will see results. It has taken the anxiety and guesswork out of exercise for me and that in itself has been worth every penny!

    Signing up for classes with these guys is the best decision I made in the last ten years. Amazing, motivating instructors have kept me exercising right through lockdown- 50 min classes done at home - you don’t need space or equipment. You’ll work hard but not so hard that you never want to do another class. And with proper technique to keep you injury free. I’ve lost 3 stone and 3 dress sizes, I have strength and visible muscle tone- it feels good. Update - Nov 2022 - I’m still going with these guys back in the gym (but still online too for those who prefer). They are helping me make this a habit for life. It’s so easy to do a program and then slip back into old ways and undo it all. Still great trainers and a fab community of supportive people.

    Joined HOH back in 2018 February because I needed to take health seriously and I didn’t know how to start. Signed up for the 28days transformation program and they stuck with me.. 5 years is long, during this time I have been diagnosed with a chronic illness, went through a surgery later a major surgery, Covid happened and this guys Paul, Martha and Frantisek supported me through every single moment, they helped me to stay on the right track and be ready physically also mentally when things get tricky .They kept me motivated and on point constantly. Not like other people my biggest challenge always been to put on weight and after 6 months training with this guys and following their nutrition advice I started to see results. I can only recommend Hounds of Health to anyone who wants to be healthier , stronger who is looking for answers and most importantly wants to get results! And the community is just a bonus, good to share happiness or even struggles and always being fully supported. The studio is beautiful and welcoming with good vibes around.     I have always worked out and managed to stay reasonably fit into my sixties but wanted to see if I could push on to a higher level. Hounds of Health have transformed my level of strength and my physique in a way I could never have achieved by myself. Working one-on-one with Paul his tailored programme with weekly micro progressions made it manageable but, over time, got me to weights and reps I would not have thought possible. My progress is proving sustainable, and the benefits are far reaching into everyday life, posture and 'feel-good'. If you are prepared to make the commitment, which is not too onerous, the team at Hounds of Health will deliver results for you. And they are great fun to work with!

    As with most things that demand change, even though positive and beneficial, in life we often procrastinate and it was a whole year after first contacting Paul that I took up his free six week offer- madness, right? Don't wait like I did because I simply postponed my journey of physical transformation and nutrition education and I'd be much further along with my goals by now. I hit my heaviest weight ever a few months before my 55th birthday and knew I had to reverse this trend. I was still a tough customer for Paul and HOH as money is tight but after the six week, 3 sessions per week workouts, the nutrition programme, cutting carbs for a while then slowly reintroducing, I'd dropped a few pounds, had more energy and bounce and more importantly KNEW what needed to be done going forward. So I joined up for a year on my 55th birthday and am 3 months into the year, and getting results. It is, as Paul says, a PROCESS, not a quick fix (although you can make gains quite quickly which will keep you motivated). I can wholeheartedly recommend HOH and thoroughly enjoy working with Paul, Martha and Francizek. As I'm unable to be in London for 12 straight weeks I can't take the Amazing 12 program (I do some classes in the gym in Putney and some over Zoom) but it looks, well, AMAZING, so if you can, you seriously consider doing it!     I've been going for 19 months now. Love the fact they are small groups and offer a variety of classes to train in. They are not repetitive. Most of all, I love the changes I have seen in my health and physical fitness. There is attention to diet as well as physical exercise. Highly recommend. ......and then lockdown happened! Hounds of Health sprang into action. They were so organised and prepared with all the tools to enable members to keep up with maintaining health and diet it was incredible. Online Zoom classes on a timetable to suit all , Facebook live technique sessions on Turkish get ups, kettle bell swings, spontaneous HIIT classes as well as posting a workout of the day. A huge mixture to try and keep people motivated. There was absolutely no way you could avoid keeping up with some form of exercise. Talks and guidance on diet and health. Now things have relaxed they still offer a combination of in person classes as well as online to adapt to how people feel about the loosening of lockdown. These guys are amazing. Massive amount of effort, massive round of applause. Now a combination of in person and zoom. You choose! Continues to be the challenge I need for my fitness and health progression.
