So, where do i begin… It has to be at the beginning when our Cockapoo “Huckleberry” arrived in to our lives.. We instantly thought just like all new fur baby owners … he’s our baby ..and this is the hardest part I’d say in differentiating the human behaviour elements that we automatically apply to a cute furry puppy to distinguishing that their world and language is very different to ours.. We researched Collette Jacobs who is the canine guru at Hounds & Harmony (a dog behavioural expert and trainer), her approach from our initial meet and greet with Huckleberry to the on going training that ‘we’ are having has been insightful, practical and instant in terms of results. Collette is a knowledgeable canine expert with a simple and practical approach to educating dog owners on the dog’s perspective and how our behaviour (actions, vocal and physical) play a significant part in the development and relationship build of you and your precious pooch.
