Went in for a riding helmet measurement as I needed one, unfortunately the staff member couldn’t find a tape measure so she suggested we try on a few sizes to find the right one told her the make I was after and after she went to the back and came out with a few helmets and after a short try on fitting we found the right one, she boxed it up and straight to the till. Would highly recommend the place to my friends your staff are friendly and professional thank you

I bought some boots in December which became faulty in November Houghton staff were amazing and very quick to resolve my issue. They were made aware of the issue on Monday and I had a new pair of boots by the Wednesday 5* service

Had everything my daughter wanted, seems like a wide stock for all your equestrian needs. We went back for a body protector fitting, the staff were super helpful with the fitting and super nice which always helps. Popped back in today for boots and a new baselayer, again staff super helpful. Super shop. Note: if going for a body protector fitting there is a £20 fee if you don't buy a protector from them after the fitting. Updated 23/02/23. Popped in with daughter for new base layer. Sale was on, some decent reductions.

Online Thieves ! Be warned - do not trust this company or pay for goods by unsafe payment methods (i.e bank transfer or cash) because they will do nothing to reimburse or replace your goods that go missing. This company owes me £69.95 for a non delivered rug. Avoid like the plague!

This is the Email I sent to Houghton Country Ltd to which I did not receive a reply. Hi, I have just received my delivery item in super quick time but on opening the delivery bag I was very dissatisfied with the presentation of the shirt and most disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter! As you will see from the pictures I have sent I do not exaggerate the way it has been rammed into the crumpled Schoffel bag which also was not sealed and therefore I can only assume it has been worn! I would therefore like a replacement or refund including postage. Therefore I rate this company POOR very POOR!
