My wife and I bought a showroom Jetsetter hot tub. From the outset Mark was honest upfront and gave good advice to us novice hot tubbers. He never pressurised us into a sale and spent a lot of time explaining the pitfalls of looking for a good hot tub with HotSpring World or a competitor. Regrettably I could not prize a free yellow duck out him as part of the sale but we feel we got a fair deal on a quality hot tub. We now have installed it on our decking and now enjoying the health benefits in our Autumn years. After installing the hot tub Mark came to our home to advise us on the chemicals and maintenance required on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis. He promised to come back later in the year to go over winterisation of the hot tub. Looking forward to years of use
