We have never purchased a Hot Tub before, we wanted a salt tub to reduce our exposure to Chlorine, we met with Karl who was very helpful and even more patient whilst we spoke with other suppliers. In the end we opted for the Salt Water tub and found the experience from sale through to delivery stress free, Karl was always on hand to answer any questions and there was no high pressure sales pitch. Reece never gave a sales pitch, just knowledge of all the hot tubs, myself and my wife have been to quite a lot of different shops and this was recommended to us and within an hour we had bought a new tub! I bought the Relay model from Reece at Hotsprings in Chelmsford. This was my first hot tub purchase and glad I ended up getting it from him. He was the perfect salesman from a customers point of view, helpful, informative, patient and not pushy. I have been using it now every day for 2 months and have had no issue, other than a couple of questions about chemicals which Reece quickly answered. I would not hesitate to buy another one from here (not that I'd expect to given the lifespan)
