Absolutely pathetic. Booked my appointment yesterday to view the car and we drove nearly 100 miles with thr baby to view the car and he is telling us that it has been sold. I found him very rude absolutely not welcoming and more of racist guy. I think poor him doesn't know how to do business and talk to people.

Dropped in here one day and after looking at a car and it's service history we asked to test drive it and learned that they work by appointment so we were offered a test drive 2 days later (we accepted that this is the way they work here, although I did note that there were no other customers present during the half hour we were there). As working people we have to take days off work to do this so I asked specifically "and you're not going to call me to tell me its been sold before then are you?" To which the owner replied "well we're closed tomorrow and then only a couple of appointments before yours on the day, so.... pretty unlikely". We took this at face value and booked time off for the test drive, only to recieve a text on the morning of the day of the test drive telling us that the car had been "reserved by one of the finance companies who has a customer wanting to purchase it". It wasn't great customer service.
