I did an interview here for a ski season and had a really negative experience. It was a very intimidating atmosphere and with little chance to prove yourself. Long story short of the 12 that interviewed on that day only 2 were hired. I spent £90 on a train ticket only to be turned away with 8 other candidates an hour after the interview had begun. If you are going to use this company be prepared to take a gamble on where you will be located and what role they will give you. Ended up being employed by a smaller company which invited me to a 1-1 interview and felt very valued in the team. This is a true reflection of the companies hiring process.
