    me and my girlfriend booked a night here as it was cheap and thought why not, none of us driving we had to pay for a taxi here as busses weren’t on route to here as it was sunday,we arrived at check in and the receptionist put the card reader on the desk wanting £50 for damage costs yes i know this is refunded when the room is checked but this was NOT stated no where in the booking, not many 18 year olds carry money like that! if it was STATED then we wouldn’t have booked! so i had the receptionist speak to the manager and we couldn’t stay!
