I have been to hotel a few times. Rooms are very nice and cosy. You have use of the steam and sauna and a cold pool and gym. Walkability: Outside the hotel there is a lovely place where you can go for a long walk along the river. The view from the adjacent restaurant attached to the hotel - Banyan On The Thames is also nice.

Stayed for one night, and the room was clean and bed comfortable. I didn't try any food, but there was tea and instant coffee in the room with milk sachets. Unable to adjust climate control from room. Had to call front desk multiple times to remotely change temperature. Essentially locked out from making changes either in error or deliberately. Rooms: Room 113 is not for you until the climate control is fixed.

Not bad, it was not too far from Clapham Station so in terms of location it wasn't too bad. Defo visit Battersea Powerstation which is only a short drive away. Our room was quite nice and big. The shower did have marks in it so we thought it wasn't clean but then realised it was just marks on the shower. That was the only thing that was a bit off-putting. That and the rather 'loud' and strange decor ! Lol.

Went here for my anniversary with my partner and we both loved our stay. We indulged in the spa and found it was designed very nicely, the Sauna, steam room, cold pool and hot tub were all very good. I do wish there was more of these instead of one of each. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, the large windows offered us a great view of the Thames. the staff also decorated our bed in rose petals which was very nice. The Dinner was also very nice, we found that it was decently cheap for a 5 star hotel, but it came quick and tasted good, especially the cheesecake severed for desert. What we did find during our dining experience was that a lot of the staff stood around a lot, which we can understand as at the time it wasn't very busy. But one stood on the stairs on his phone which was next to us, and that made us slightly uncomfortable, but nothing that dwells on us. Everything else was perfect and a lovely gateway for our anniversary. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is considering going here.
