First time using hotel kitty, warm welcome on arrival, takes time to listen to each and every guest that comes in to stay! Love the fact you can see you’re loved friend via camera. Lovely touch. On pick up, again another warm welcome, our cat is a little anxious around new people and tends go hide where he feels safe, yet they made sure he was okay and ensured to give him a cuddle! Lovely place would definitely recommend to anyone. Will use again!

My 3 cats will be staying at Hotel Kitty for a fairly long time due to house move delays. I am so relieved they are here; it's such a weight off my mind to know they're being looked after so well. One is on a lot of medication, which I thought might be a problem but it hasn't been at all. Darren is lovely and it's obvious how much he cares for the cats and gets to know them all individually. Also, it's a bonus to be able to see what they're getting up to using the app set up for me when I booked them in. I never want to have to take them anywhere else!

We were nervous about leaving Sharla for the first time, since rescuing her last year, but we didn’t need to worry. Darren and Natalie took great care of her and we could check on her anytime via the Skype camera. Would definitely recommend and will be using the hotel again.

Highly recommended. Our cat is now 13 and is the only place where she returns home relaxed. We use the kitty camp, the hotel gives a bigger room, probably suitable if you have 2 or more cats.
