The food is very basic. We paid £298 for a one night stay with family. Typical meal of 1 small fillet sea bass in a bag with green beans. This was an actual meal. I don't know which planet they live on but it was definitely not a hearty meal. Another was a fishcake with a salad. Yes one fishcake with some green leaves with no salad dressing at all. We were a party of 10 dunno what the policy is there, but certainly NOT to feed their guests, I was very disappointed with them at that price This review has just had a reply, which I absolutely refute. There wasn't a host of sides as has been reported, there was green beans and frozen chips, and the salad wasn't dressed just dry green leaves. This meal was very amatuer and we will not return. BTW I have corrected the tariff it was £298 per night. For the worst meal I have had in many years - for this price, and myself and my family cannot recommend this establishment.

Well situated. Nice staff. Room with lots of mold. Would be surprised it would survive a health and safety check. So poor maintenance and in need of an upgrade. Breakfast so so.

A cosy hotel with a warm homely atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious but with a relaxed cottage feel. We ate in the restaurant and thoroughly recommend it. Food, drinks and service were fantastic.

Well managed with easy accessibility. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very cleaned with helpful staff all around. Disability access is also available with disabled toilet, bathroom and walkway. The kitchen is excellent with varieties of options to choose from be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very good place for weddings or honeymoon or any other events. It’s indeed a 4 star hotel.

Excellent, helpful staff and great food. A nice spacious dog-friendly room with a massive bed. The hotel even provided a dog bed and water bowl. The only reason I didn't give room 5 stars is because of my wife. It seems, in common with almost all hotels, there wasn't enough light round the mirror and although there were sockets in the right place the mirror was too high for putting make up on. Otherwise excellent and we'll be back in a few months for a week's stay. Special mention must go to Jerome in the restaurant.
