Odie & Nutmeg has a lovely time. It was a home away from home. Sam kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the day, which was assuring on their visit visit, and we’re looking forward to book them in for next visit to Hotel Dachshund!

My little Bella was on cloud 9 from the moment we arrived, she even didn't notice I left! Sam took great care of her and sent plenty of updates. It's a good feeling knowing it's only for sausage dogs knowing how fragile these special little dogs are! I'm sure if Bella could speak she would be asking to go up every week!

Our miniature dachshund, Jeff, recently had his trial day with Sam. Normally we are concerned about leaving him somewhere new with people he doesn’t know but he seemed to settle really quickly and the photos and videos throughout the day put our mind at ease. It was his 2nd birthday on the same day and Sam took him out for a nice long walk with a Puppuccino as a special birthday treat. Will definitely be booking him in for a few more stays at the hotel.

I can’t recommend Sam at Hotel Dachshund enough, during our furbaby’s stay we received regular updates, photos and videos of her antics with the other sausage guests. Sam’s home from home approach provides a safe loving environment, giving us such peace of mind and assurance. Thank you Sam, we’ll be seeing again you soon.

Bruno is a clingy and sometimes anxious little dog, and we feel so pleased to have found such a lovely place for him to go on his holidays. Sam gave him all the love and affection I could have hoped for and put my mind at rest with regular updates… can’t speak highly enough of Hotel Dachshund!

Our standard dachshund, Sniper, recently stayed with Sam and her daughter, Daisy, for five nights whilst we were away. He received excellent care and did not appear to miss us. Sam sent us regular messages and photo/ video updates about Sniper, who was very happy - slept well, ate well and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other dachshunds and of Sam and Daisy. I particularly liked the fact that the dogs were walked in the fields each day, also the play activities and stimulation which Sam incorporated into their days. We collected a very contented dachshund.

Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for! Can't thank you enough.

I was very nervous as my little sausage is very nervous with most things especially people. I can’t rate Samantha and Daisy enough. From the moment I arrived I knew the Dachshund hotel was the right place. I was kept updated throughout the weekend and actually think my little boy was a little depressed to be home as he had so much fun. 5 star for sure!
