I contacted Ian about my hot tub after finding an alien object on one of my seats. He was much more knowledgeable and helpful than my supplier regarding this. It transpired a part had broken within a whole unit. I ordered the part myself, and had Ian out for the repair to my hot tub. His knowledge, skill and perseverance meant that he was able to fix the hot tub without having to cut pipework, and replace the entire unit and ultimately not have to spend much longer on the job, as was suggested by another technician, therefore saving me some money. He has a pleasant and friendly attitude and is an honest and reliable technician. His customer service goes above and beyond so I would be delighted to recommend Ian/hot tub plus to anyone. I will be supporting the business with the purchase of my chemicals/supplies from hot tub plus in the future.

Ian and Charlene are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. They are happy to impart their knowledge and advise to the best course of action. Ian came to fix a leak in one of the pumps on my hot tub, he ended up having to take all the sides and the cover off to get at the problem. He did so with a cheerful attitude and nothing was too much trouble. I can HIGHLY recommend this business.
