Perfect Service and Delivery So we started looking for a Hot Tub about two years ago.. and found Hot Tub Barn. Damian was excellent and very patient with all of our questions. When it came to buying we were fortunate that they had a sale on.. Lisa was great locking us in to the showroom so the family could try the Tub before buying. The installation team were awesome - turned up on time, craned the tub in and then waited until full. The only thing they could have done better would have been to supply Hot Water :) (waiting 24 hours to jump in was hard) Follow up service has been great too, email reminding me that they are always there for questions and advice.

Great service from Damian at the Ashford store located at Dobbies. Very attentive, professional and happy to help wherever he could. Great after sales service too which is brought us real peace of mind. Thank you Damian. Wayne & Gary were our delivery / fitters. Cheerful, easy to work with in that i could let them get on with it whilst I worked (as i work from home). Very professional, asked me about how / where i wanted the tub and were very helpful in terms of the lid placement and the best way to position the tub so that we could have the best experience, ie view, sky, neighbours and so on. They took their time to show me how to use the chemicals, make sure i measure the levels properly and balance out PH / alkalinity. Bless them, they also got soaked as it rained non stop on instalment! Thank you gents, really appreciate it.

My new hot tub was delivered today and I am super happy. The service I received whilst purchasing the hot tub at dobbies by Lee and Damien was so helpful. I was kept informed throughout and when it was delivered today, Dave, James and Gary were polite and extremely helpful. Gary was so understanding while my children were asking him 101 questions whilst he was trying to set up the hot tub, and he was extremely knowledgeable when talking me through all the chemicals. Absolutely fab service throughout would highly recommend.

Dear All, after months of research and reading reviews I am really pleased to say that we purchased a fantastic Hotspring Hot Tub, and definitely the best hot tub around after wet testing a lot of different brands. When looking at these reviews I think they are very misleading as they related to Hot Tub Barn when they were located at Bybrook Barn selling Hotspring's spas and not the current models they are selling now. So if you want to purchase a product which is being reviewed and the sales people, and after service care that is being written about you need to go to Bybrook Barn who are selling these independently to Hot Tub Barn. Just didn't want anyone else to be confused. Thanks and hope you all get what you researched :)
