3 weeks later we are still waiting for Hot Tub Assist to answer us after their failed attempt to move our hot tub from our old premises to our new. Having carried out a survey to install it and with no changes to the property we don't understand why they couldn't bring the hot tub out the way it came in. 3 weeks later with the current owner of our old property threatening legal action and Hot Tub Assist ignoring us (not responding to phone calls or emails) I wouldn't recommend them. They're quite happy to take your money for a high end hot tub of circa £14/15k and a further £750 to move it .. but clearly when the going gets tough they just ignore you. I hope i can update this complaint in due course to them actually dealing with the issue.

Richard is a really good service engineer. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable and has been happy to troubleshoot our tub over the phone after it’s service to give me advice and confidence in balancing the chemicals in our.tub after it’s service. One thing I appreciate is that he doesn’t do any ‘hard selling’ but is happy to give advice on how best to keep our tub in tip-top condition.

John came to a call out to fix a leak on my Hot Tub . He turned up on the Time he said he would be there found the problem and told me what needed fixing . He told me what the cost would be and I said I was happy with it and go ahead with the repair he fixed it and explained all what he was doing to repair the Hot Tub very pleased with the service given from this company.

Richard came to do the revive service . Excellent communication ahead of visit , very professional service and even though I’ve had the hot tub for 3 years I learnt loads about it . Of particular interest was the fact I thought I could deep clean the tub as efficiently as Hot Tub Assist ! not true , they use a vacuum to suck the cleaning fluid out of the pipes which can corrode them if left behind! Will definitely be signing up for regular services . Richard also answered lots of questions with the patience of a saint !

Absolute shambles of a company, avoid at all cost! engineer tried getting out of the job all day and at 4:00pm they call to say he wasn’t coming engineer spoke to me and advised he was told not to come by his manager Andy because of working time directive, if you are going to overplan your staff at least have the decency to be up front with your customers rather than them sitting in all day!!
