Tremendously unaccommodating and unapologetic. I have a nut allergy and was refused service as there was no guarantee that they could keep nuts or sesame out of their porridge... First place I’ve ever been that has out right refused to serve me because of an allergy. *also made it clear as long as it wasn’t directly in the food it would be fine. * Couldn't even have a coffee

Customer Service non existent. At 4pm I bought a sandwich just to be told that they wouldnt heat it up for me because they already cleaned the toaster and they wouldnt want to clean it again.

Flavorful coffee and delicious breakfast/brunch options. The place can be very crowded, and a long line can form even in the early morning. This makes me very anxious and stressed whenever I dine alone… So I don’t visit very often :) but it’s definitely worth an early morning walk across the river. — No bibimbap today. I was so excited to try the new menu 😿 Turkish eggs are alright. Nicely poached egg. The chili is quite bland.. Flat white good as usual.
