Bought a wonderful made to order radiator from Indi who is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and an expert in his quite confusing area, especially for a someone who has no clue about radiators! He is patient and made the experience from start to end absolutely straightforward. The products I have to show from this lovely experience are excellent additions to my homes. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire process and always get complimented on the radiators. I had previously contacted other sellers, however no one’s prices or services matched Hot interiors!

Bought extremely expensive radiators from Hot Interiors. There was clearly a manufacturing fault as holes started to appear in the metal when presumably the casting was not done properly / was too thin. They refused a replacement stating that we hadn't put inhibitor in out system, which I had the bottles to hand from the plumber. Would never buy from them again. EDIT: Thank you for taking the time to describe the sequence of events. When we spoke over the phone recently you told me that usually issues with stainless steel radiators happen when they are first commissioned. Well, that is exactly what happened. The units were installed in 2014 for use in 2014/15 winter. We reported it on 9th Jan 2015, as per the email I sent: "Hi Indi, We just returned from holidays and noticed that one of the radiators we bought from you is rusting. It must be rusting from the inside as it wasn't scratched and there is no water source other than from the valve above to cause the rust. Can you please advise of your warranty process?" Further to this the test results were never provided to us, so let's use a hypothetical example where you need a level of 10 to "pass" the test, for all we know, we got a 9. This feels to be an example of how to dupe customers out of honouring a warranty for BRUSHED STAINLESS STEEL radiators which cost almost £1000 each, whereas you could buy the same BTU output for far less than £100. It also implies that the water in South West London is toxic enough that despite inhibitor being added to the system, it will eat through expensive stainless steel and destroy radiators in the process; and we all know this not to be the case, else these types of issues would be commonplace. It points to a manufacturing fault, and despite buying something that should last a lifetime, here we are.

Before contacting hot interiors I search and spoke to many other radiator suppliers. Indi was by far the best, he explained everything to me clearly, the whole process was a breeze! His service and products are first class! We had a problem with a small leak from what was quite an expensive radiator bought from Hot Interiors. Although the radiator was 3 years old and I could find no receipt I called the HI. A test of whether a company is reputable is not how they deal with a customer before a sale, but when there is a problem after the sale. I had nothing but first rate service from Indi, who worked hard and was successful in resolving our issue and liaising with the Italian manufacturers. Since then he has been keen to help and assist and has been fair in discounting a replacement rad. If you are looking for radiators then look no further than Hot Interiors. Highly recommended.
