I want to defend this restaurant after all these bad reviews. My meal was good and came on time and hot. Everything was included including all the toppings on the hotdogs. Please remove waffles from your store name. Selling frozen waffles that are seared to a coal underneath is not on. Waffles seemed like they were not freshly made, no ice cream with delivery. Absolutely disgusting!!! Please! Please! Please!!! Avoid this place they sell really rubbish waffles.

Bloody disgusting, First and last time ordering, I ordered three warm waffles and ice cream for the children, Came over two hours after ordering and all with no ice cream and tiny little portions and stone cold, Nothing like the pictures, I have added a picture of the tiny box the waffles arrive in.

Appalling!! Rude staff, incorrect order and a complete inhability to accept any fault even when offered proof with photographs of the orders being incorrect. We contacted the restaurant to try to resolve and were met with the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered!! We have photos to prove the mix up in the orders, yet the restaurant refused to admit fault, stating that 'my guy has said he put the nachos in' .. perhaps, but he put them in the wrong one! They also tried to tell us that the Nacho cheese sauce must have melted into the bun.. Which is funny because we also had dirty fries which came with nacho sauce, and it is the squirty nacho sauce rather than actual melty cheese. Whole thing is a scam in my opinion. Terrible, their customer service makes me say do not ever order from here.
