Excellent service throughout the whole process of arranging a site visit with Michael late last year, the acceptance of the estimate of our purchase of Parkray Aspect 5 Stove, to the installation today. The installers Lewis and Chris arrived on time and got straight to work. They were polite and very conscious workers. They maintained great communication throughout the job, always checking that the work they were doing had our approval. They cleaned up really well and gave us good clear advice on using the stove. Can't recommend them too highly. Hotbox is an excellent company to deal with.

Excellent service. Recommended by my son who had a Hotbox stove fitted. Chris & Lewis worked tirelessly throughout the day. They covered the room with plastic to protect from dust etc. & tidied up after. Very friendly lads who went the extra mile. Chris is an expert in the installation & Lewis provided great support. We are utterly delighted with the service we have received from Hotbox Stoves. Chris and Lewis fitted a Hobbit stove in our Art Noveau fireplace yesterday and were very efficient and meticulous in their work. They cleaned up afterwards and left the room in a good condition. I built a stone building in my garden and needed a roof solution. Oliver designed the roof, his team fitted Sarnofil and lead. It looks amazing and performs in all weathers. I needed a wood burning stove and Hot Box Stoves specified, ordered, and fit it to the building. Again it looks and performs exceptionally well. At every stage this company has exceeded all expectations. They are courteous and professional, very knowledgeable and very skilled.
