Worth the wait in the end. Memorable experience. Eye opening views of Worcestershire we soared so high. Pilot and staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Would recommend it to anybody as a gift or special occasion. Although had several cancellations, the staff in office very flexible and helpful in booking onto next available flight.
