When my parents no longer needed our annex to live in, we decided to advertise it on Airbnb but had no idea how to! That's when HOST WITH GRACE stepped in and took on all the organising, for which we will always be grateful. Grace advised us on pricing, took the photos and set it all up. She also handled all the bookings and arranged cleaners for the changeovers to save us time and effort. With Grace you are in safe hands and would be hard pressed to find better.

You may be starting out on the AirBnB road or else be an established owner but suffice to say having an AirBnB 'guru' on board to help cover all the bases from A to Z for the enterprise is a very smart move in my opinion. What Grace brings to the table is knowledge, honesty, integrity, commitment and reliability which of course are the attributes you would expect from a professional such as her. Her energy and enthusiasm is startling and best of all she is a first class communicator and problem solver. And she is always looking to improve and innovate the AirBnB hosting service so she is not one to rest on her laurels so to speak. So if you are a newbie or else wanting to ease your AirBnB load then look no further than the services of one Grace Collins. We recently stayed in an Airbnb that Host with Grace manages. What an exceptional experience! The cottage was immaculate with thoughtful and personal touches. What really set the experience apart from other stays is how Grace went out of her way to assist us. We've recently immigrated to the UK and dogs' flight was changed and they ended up arriving a day before we did. This was not a problem for Grace who actually went and spent the night at the accommodation to receive our three dogs, and take care of them until we arrived. I was blown away by this kindness and the extra care we received. During our long stay she checked in on us regularly and we felt welcomed and in good hands. I highly recommend Host with Grace for exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
