Friendly staff, professional maintenance team, welcoming communal spaces and staff who do their best to provide the help that students need! Also this accommodation is in a good location, close to AMBS and RNCM.

Lived here for 1 year and everything has been fine. Only annoying thing is the fire alarm goes off every friday at 11am. I don't know why do they have to test it every week but it really does my head in whenever I am in my room working at that time. Besides that, great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.

Fly infestation so I can’t cook or eat in my kitchen. Flat wasn’t clean when I arrived and we don’t have any cleaning facilities. Constantly feels about 30 degrees in the flat. Only one washing machine working currently out of 2 for the entire building. App for washing machine doesn’t work for most students and no other means of laundry is available. Only good thing is the en suite; absolutely disgraceful accommodation for what I’m paying - which is meant to be private standard.

This is a new student accommodation located in the heart of the students village in Hulme Manchester. It's location is a walking distance to the Manchester Metropolitan and The Manchester University, The Royal Northern College of Music and the Birley Fields Campus. Good place for students

Not what I expected at all. For what we pay it is not up to scratch. There is no common room for students so lacks a student community. It doesn’t look like it does in the pictures. It was advertised that there would be a cleaner, a gym and 24/7 security on site and this is not true. Reception organisation is poor. For the amount of money it is it’s overpriced and not worth it. The paint jobs in all the rooms are awful, the appliances frequently break and accommodation that is much cheaper is much better. Don’t go here if you want a social life and to feel like a student.
