I was desperate for a hose to use as a down pipe for our new grey aluminium pergola. Couldn't find anything matching online. When I rang Hose World, the gentleman was so confident when telling me what would be the best option. Even though I didn't see the picture of the product, ordered the suggested one and to my surprise that was really the best possible match. I didn't see that hose anywhere else online. I am so glad, I asked, otherwise I was going to struggle so much. I had to give them another call as the order didn't turn up on time, they checked it with the courier and come back to me pretty quick with the explanation that the courier lost my order and they shipped another one straight away. I wish all my online shopping experiences was that easy and comfortable. Thank you VERY much Hose World!
