Charlotte was great at communicating, listening and understanding what our shop needed in order to cater to the specific customer base we have. She took time to discuss what we needed from the shop and to understand how the space needs to function, which does differ slightly from a standard retailer and she adapted easily to our requirements. Charlottes work was strong, aesthetically pleasing but functional within the space we had to use, which isn't the easiest space to design into. Charlotte in particular helped to reconfigure the window space into a more aesthetically pleasing display which really showcases our stock and the overall appearance of the shop from the outside. Despite some challenges from the nature of our shop configuration, storage and display capabilities Charlotte adapted her ideas to make them work. Charlotte worked me, encouraging me as a staff member, to contribute ideas and information which helped me to be confident in continuing to improve the space. Highly recommend using Charlotte for a retail or commercial space that needs a refresh.
