Lost the use of my shower over the bank holiday. Went to Hortons as soon as it opened the day after. Excellent service by a very patient employee who was a big help for someone like me who doesn’t read instructions properly 😉 . Just tried out the shower that was supplied, & it was as good as the service. Very satisfied.

When searching for an en-suite, popped into a few bathroom places, including Hortons which was where I met Laura. After a few appointments with her, I can truly say this girl knows her stuff, and has the customer at heart and their specific needs. I dropped this note afterwards and am more than happy to oblige with a review. “Thank you once again - genuinely - for all your time and help, especially during this time when my brain isn’t totally in gear. It’s lovely to put my trust into someone who can just help me sort it, and allow me to put one spinning plate down. I get that it’s ok to order from the internet but nothing can beat the human touch, guidance and expertise from someone like yourself.”

Recommended by local plumbers merchant to obtain ceramic seals for the kitchen taps. Tried loads of other places and online sites. Went in to Horton's and the extremely, friendly chap behind the counter took the original and within two minutes had exact replacements. Well. Impressed!!

Just ordering our second bathroom with Hortons. Laura has helped us design and plan our bathroom and she has a good understanding of our needs so hopefully in the new year we will get it fitted. We have 2 more en-suites to do next year and will be entrusting Hortons and Laura to sort us out. Even the delivery driver ( sorry forgot his name) is totally customer focused.
