    Be warned, read the small print because this is a business that relies on that in the event of any problems. ‘Free delivery’ means being able to receive the cabin on their terms. That means on the back of a huge artic lorry that is unsuitable to most side roads and lanes, and at a time and date when they decide to deliver everyone else’s. When this is confirmed after you have paid your deposit, you will be told to a) pick it up from the yard or b) make arrangements to offload several tonnes of wood on the side of the roadside, and “you should have read the small print”. We agreed the latter because we live 150 miles away. It took 4 men two hours to unload! All because sending it direct to the customer is inconvenient. Kit is fine but nothing spectacular. Support will be indifferent and like a record, “did you read the terms and conditions”. You’ve been warned!!

    I am delighted to wholeheartedly endorse and recommend your splendid sheds and fine service! I attach photos of our completed shed (more like a palace…..). The process of ordering and the advice given was exemplary. Considering the fine quality of all the timber and the easy way it accurately fitted together, the price was very fair. Even when I discovered a very minor shortage of screws, more were found for me very quickly, and without fuss. Thanks again and warm regards Mike Wilson

    I planned and ordered my log cabin from 'WoodPro', who use local dealers to fulfil the orders. WoodPro passed my details on to Hortons who got in touch to aid with the order process, ensuring I was ordering the right thing and had everything ready for the cabin. The staff at Hortons were very helpful throughout the process in terms of how the order process worked, what I needed as well as how best to get it delivered. They offered delivery to their premises (as they deliver in an articulated lorry) and onward delivery to my address on their much smaller flatbed van, as well as storing it for a few days so I could get it delivered on a day that suited me. Very pleased with the service. The cabin is amazing too - very easy to put together. As the pictures show, we have put electricity in so have lighting (and heaters when the winter comes). My wife is usuing primarily as a base for her small clothing and accessories business. I'd highly recomend Hortons for any outdoor building needs.
