Quite possibly the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. I was in no doubt when Frances and Darren Horton came out to see my property, they were the obvious choice to take it to market. They are honest, friendly and passionate about achieving the right price - which incidentally they valued at £100,000 -£150,000 more than other agents, and achieved an offer for full asking on the first day it went live! The team who look after the process of sale are nothing short of outstanding; professional, friendly and extremely efficient, and Chloe's presentation of the brochure is exceptional! A special shout out to Roger; the manager, who is quite honestly one of the nicest guys, and someone I would call a friend going forward. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, with a unique ability to manage different personalities. He has consistently gone above and beyond and has frequently taken my calls well into the evening, after closing. Roger found me my new dream home also; introducing me to a property that he felt met my requirements and tastes. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this amazing family owned business. From the first meeting to the last phone call the Horton Knights team have been superb. The experience has been a very positive one even though we had a few problems with the buyers online solicitor. The team work tirelessly to achieve the best and smoothest outcome for seller and the buyers.. The cost was a fixed cost explained right at the beginning and that’s exactly what it cost at the end.
