Cheap and clean accommodation, lovely reception staff and 24hr security creates a safe environment. Well sized rooms with en-suite bathroom, large kitchen area and tv provided. Lovely experience overall, rebooked for next year!

I have been staying here for 2 years, The rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient, only about 5 mins walk from the University, and close to local shopping area/ The distance form the accommodation to the town centre or Interchange station in about 15 -20 mins . The staff are very corr prated .

I have been staying here for 2 years, going into my third and last year here as well. The location is very convenient, only about 5 mins walk from the University, and close by to local stores/ fast food shops so you rarely need to take long walks. I like to walk, so I can get to the town centre or Interchange station in about 15 -20 mins and so I barely use public transport at all. The standard rooms have a reasonable amount of space to place your things and I'm a tall person so the en-suite bathroom is a little small for me, but I've gotten used to it now. The place has had some improvements since changing owners, but the previous and current staff have always been helpful with anything (in person and through email). The common room is a chill place that rarely has anyone in it so you can go with your friends/ roommates and it used to have a Foosball table, but I think it got broken from other students. The maintenance can be logged in on an online form and gets sorted out quite quickly, depending on how many they have and how long it might take to fix. It's too bad that the accommodation doesn't do summer storage anymore, but the stay between September and July is long enough to finish University work and enjoy a bit of Bradford before going away. Last but not least, the price is very good and a lot cheaper than living within the University green for example. For me, it's definitely been worth living here compared to other accommodations.

Bad Experience. Been living here for 2 years now. Place is okay to live and not far from the uni, but the staff here isn't too great. Nice to your face, but not behind your back. Regional Manager left and I was glad, but for some reason is back now. Staff are not very understanding and will pester you to pay up the rent even if you let them know beforehand that you will be paying later. Glad I'm moving out now for my last year of uni, and don't have to deal with the petty and patronising staff anymore.
