I visited the 18/08/21. Awful experience. Awfully rough, unelegant, not relaxing at all. I did it cos they are few pounds cheaper than a local organic salon, but you see the difference in price reflected in each aspect. During the mani the owner was rough, pushed my cuticules painfully; moved my fingers out of the way roughly; he used his own nail to clean the paint when he painted my skin, again painfully, but you can see in the picture that the paint was still there when he finished. He could have cleaned up his mess at the end, instead of sticking his nail inside of mine painfully several times. No cuticle oil, so my fingers looked dry and horrible when he finished. I had to put put the cream myself. Im other salons they do it for you, with a massage. They reuse the stones of the stone massage between clients without disinfecting them. What is someone has a fungal infection?? On top of this they made me wait 20min between mani & pedi even though I had appointment. No concersation at all. Just shouting to each other to organize the clientelr. Never ever again. Not worth the few pounds of difference in the price. Edit, in response to the owner: yes, they were done in iSpa and by the main owner (male), no less. Simply check your bookings

I don’t know why almost all the nail shops in London have extremly poor hygiene? This one is not an exeption. Shouldn’t they use disposable tools? Shouldn’t they wear gloves? Shouldn’t they clean and wash hands? They reuse things like metal files, but the tools are not sanitized, technicians don’t wear gloves, don’t wash their hands, don’t ask clients to wash/ sanitize hands, they do not sanitize tables between clients. I regret I didn’t leave this place. Now I’m worried about fungus, bacterial infections, HPV or other disasters. Avoid! UPDATE (answer to the comment below) Well, your technicians DID NOT wear gloves, clean or sanitize tools. This is dangerous as they can infect all the clients with a disease. DO BETTER

I just went to iSpa for the first time and had a really amazing pedicure and manicure with an extra collagen mask/hot stone massage. I didn’t have polish so can’t comment on that but they looked after me really well and I’ve left feeling very refreshed! Thank you, iSpa!
