Parking Services don't seem to answer emails. I tried to re new my residents parking permit over the phone and was told I had to email them to which I had no response! I chased and chased, and in the interim my permit expired and I received a parking penalty notice. I voiced my concerns on email and on the phone about their lack of efficiency. They then sent me a permit with the wrong registration!

I genuinely don't have an issue with most people at HDC, they're usually great. However, a letter was sent to my address with the wording "Did you know HDC only receive 8p for every pound of council tax?" Sorry, is it my problem you outsourced half the work dealing with council tax to Milton Keynes? Is it my fault that due to mad expenditure in unnecessary places that my bins go once a fortnight and they're always a mess? Should I take responsibility for the homeless too? That is a disgusting way to address the residents. They didn't make the decisions that led to this underfunding, you did. Fix it. On the other hand, Vicky in refuse was kind and informative. She had my new bin keys hand delivered. The FAS Team who deal with finances for vulnerable people are INCREDIBLE. Their work is surely overlooked and shouldn't be. Overall 3 stars - Incredulous condescending management running good hard working people into the ground by putting them against all odds and against the entire town they work for. I have respect for those unsung heroes doing their best in a poorly managed environment.

I called to speak to someone regarding an elderly relative who is moving into new accommodation in the area. I was put through to a lady named Kendra who was so rude and condescending that I couldn't continue the call. I strongly advise a course in customer care or a role in which you don't speak to the public.

As with most of Horsham, rife with discrimination and prejudice. In this day and age it's simply not acceptable.

Extremely prejudice. Very conservative. Council services plagued with power abusing staff that have little to no knowledge of their role or the government guidelines involved.
