Excellent in store service. The delivery experience was perfection: the guys, un-prompted, removed their shoes before coming in, removed packaging, and disposed of beds and mattresses with minimum fuss and great attention to detail - exactly the way it should be, and generally isn't.

I ordered a replacement double bed from Horsham Bedding Centre and paid an upfront payment of £1,700. Instead of delivering a double bed to me, instead Horsham Bedding Centre delivered a bed only 4 foot wide, for which I am having difficulty buying sheets and find impossible to get hold of an electric blanket measuring only 4 foot wide.

Delighted to recommend Tim and the team very highly indeed at Horsham Bedding Centre. Having previously bought a Savoir Faire bed elsewhere at very great expense and which hasn't really lived upto expectations, we thought we knew something about quality bed buying. However, am now very much better informed - in a gentle and interesting way - which has helped us purchase two wonderful beds we are thrilled about! Tim helped us immensely and spent a long time with us, answering our many questions as we bounced and nearly went to sleep on his stock. We found the whole process delightful and charming, whilst price wise its competitive and absolutely worth every penny. The accessories are worth looking at too as they are stunning - Don't think anyone could do better ! You can park there too !
