Worst housing office in Leeds, staff are rude and do the bare minimum to support tenants. Never answer phones, never reply to messages. Would expect more from people who are in fact public servants. Edit - phone line just loops, nobody answers and when you leave a message there is no response. Escalating to ombudsman anybody that has had similar issues please email me.
