The work is lovely! I ordered French doors to replace old sliders and was told there was quite a wait, but that they would fit me in as soon as they could. True to their word, I got my doors fitted a full six weeks ahead! The two guys who fitted them, Karl and Aaron, as well as the original surveyor, Lloyd, were friendly, punctual and did a great job. Thank you! Big recommendation from me!

After receiving a quotation, we entered into a contract with Horsford to construct our orangery. We paid a deposit, but did not hear anything from them for 3 months, although we made numerous telephone calls to them to request information on a start date. After 3 months of waiting, we finally received a letter from them advising us that they wished to increase our price that they had agreed in the contract by 12.5% or they would not carry out the work. We did not go ahead at the increased price and would not recommend using this Company.

For 4 plus years I’ve had leaks in my conservatory which after lots of chasing this company to come and put it right it’s still leaking, extremely unhelpful when trying to sort this mess out, I wish I had gone to another company and gave them my money instead of this company, looks like I will have to go down the route of trading standards as it’s not fit for purpose, I have even had independent companies come and look and they all say the same bad workman ship on Horsford’s part.

I wish I had never heard of them, wrong window supplied, wrong door supplied, considerable damage to the brickwork around the window, mess left everwhere including red brick dust that stained the floor and walls, rude and unhelpful office staff.

I have found Horsford Windows very professional, They understood what was required and presented the options to us in a very clear way. The workman arrived at the agreed date and worked in a very tidy and efficient way and completed everything on time and to the agreed cost. The quality of the new roof is excellent and we now have a room we can use all year round. I would recommend Horsford and would use them again with hesitation.

Absolutely perfect! From start to finish our first ever contact with Horsford has been perfect. And the icing on the cake was today, installation day. The two fitters, Karl and Aaron were polite, very efficient and scrupulous about vacuuming and cleaning everything. Their work was superb. My wife and I cannot emphasise enough how happy we are with this company.
