We booked well in advance as it looks a lovely and clean venue for our daughter’s birthday party. However the experience was a near disaster! The one star is for the venue itself. We arrived 15 minutes before the start time and were left waiting outside with nobody in the venue and nobody answering the phone. Had to go around to the barn side trying to find someone. A lady finally came over and told us the person in today called in sick so she was only able to phone someone and get the code to let us in. We finally got in 10,15 minutes after our scheduled time (it felt like for ever), and had 15-20 minutes to put up the decoration before guests started to arrive. The extra time would have made it much much less stressful. And since we were totally left to our own devices, sadly the blue tooth never connected at all so music was impossible for the entire party. We could have brought our own bluetooth speaker :( What a shame. Nobody seemed to care what was going on today at the venue. A little care could have helped the stressful enough party organisation. It might be a once off occurrence reading all the lovely reviews but we definitely won’t return.

Excellent venue, spacious. Parking for 15-20cars, kitchen includes fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, hot water machine, etc. Clean, no-shoe venue. Barn surrounded by countryside, very quiet.

We had our daughters birthday party here. Would definitely recommend. Hall is so nice and big. Kitchen was useful to have. Staff are nice and helpful. We hired the toy box package that was great for the babies the bouncy castle was great for those a little older. There was plenty of chairs for the guest enough table room. I will be back.

Nice venue , quite hard to find . Good parking . It is a shoeless venue and the floor is extremely cold . My feet didn't warm up the whole time I was there with very thick socks on. Thought it would be underfloor heated as it's shoeless . Overall very clean and well looked after

The most perfect venue! The amazing location with the horses in the field to the brick interior…this venue is a must for any party you are hosting! We loved having our son’s 1st birthday here. Everyone was super helpful and thorough in making sure we had our event go smoothly! The kitchen and bathrooms were super clean and modern and the venue space itself was perfect for hosting a large number of people with decor and soft play too! We would definitely use Horseshoe Barn again! Thank you so much!
