My friend brought a second hand car, and it has cost him £600 to replace parts for which the horsepower should have done. I don’t recommend the garage because they don’t do nothing for the car all they do sale them with faults

Have used Horsepower for a few years now for services, repairs and MOTs. Also have just bought a car from them (my second one). I have always found the staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. An excellent family run business with a good feel to it. As mentioned, have just bought another car from them, Danny, on Sales, was very helpful in sorting everything out, we had a couple of blips but he was on it straightaway and sorted them. I have messaged them 4 times over the past 7 days enquiring about A particular car asking for a walk round video as I an not nearby to go see it, I have had 1 reply saying they would do the video next day, which was 4 days ago, I have since tried calling but NO amswer, then messaged 3 more times, but I have not heard back, What an appalling way to run a business !!@!!
