I purchased a set of Loake Boat shoes and they were beautiful but slightly damaged. I contacted Loake; Kettering, and they went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I was provided with a replacement, Free of charge. The couriers weren’t the best but the service from Loake was second to none! Absolutely fantastic. The box was then damaged by the couriers and Bradley went to the nth degree to provide top level service, once again. Providing a box, Free Of charge. Thank you Bradley for your efforts. The repair service is superb. I have had a pair of Chesters for over five years and am very tough on my shoes often spending 14 hours a day in them. Mine were looking tatty and worn out. I opted for the complete sole & heel replacement and what came back was as good as a new pair of shoes. I cannot praise them enough.

Bought two pairs of Loake shoes to wear on rotation. Holes appeared in the shoes of both appear after 3 months of wear. Response from customer service was poor stating this was normal wear. Very poor on both quality and service.

Approx 9 months of day to day wear and this is the result. I advised customer services whom responded: “the light weight range did not offer the same performance as our other Loake Goodyear welted styles.” I look at this and think it’s expensive for the use I got. The response from customer services is very disappointing for a luxury brand. £115.50 paid, I’m not very happy. A lost customer.

I had these shoes a 6 months ago and I incorrectly order the shoes with the wrong type of sole, the company replaced the sole with rubber, which suite my needs much better, (at my expense which was fine as it was my fault) The communication between customer service and my self was amazing kept me posted at all stages, The quality of the shoe is best I have ever had and should last a life time, You can understand why they look after the royal family. I recently purchased a pair of Loake Bedale boots and I am very impressed both with the product and the level of service. I managed to phone them just before their office closed on a Wednesday, place the order and pay over the phone on a debit card. When I got back from work on Friday I found a delivery card from the Royal Mail. That is a faultlessly prompt dispatch. The boots are obviously of high quality and there is clearly a good level of skilled workmanship displayed in the product. The leather appears to be of high quality. They were fairly pricey but I really don't mind that in the slghtest as good quality is always worth investing a bit more money in. Experience teaches me that cheap rubbishy footwear will fall apart in no time. I believe that I will be wearing my high quality Loake boots for a good number of years to come.
