I am a first year vet student who did a two week placement at Horse & Carriage LTD. I throughly enjoyed this placement, the whole team were so supportive and welcoming. I learnt so much and I gained lots of experience on the yard and working with the great team they have. As I was inexperienced with horses, they showed me the ropes. As well, I got to see behind the scenes of what goes on and how it all comes together on the jobs. Everyone works hard and great as a team together I would highly recommend as it was an amazing experience and will definitely be going back.

I worked here on my EMS placement during my first year of vet school and got to know the company and staff really well. It was lovely to see how well looked after the horses were. They were turned out 24/7 and always had beautiful big beds when they were brought in. Each horse has expensive feeds tailored to them and were given apples and pears frequently as treats. All of the horses are very well loved. The staff are friendly and professional. It is exactly the type of place I would want to hire horses from.
