I was away when my wife had a delivery of 2 cupboard's. All the packaging was left for my wife to dispose of. Thick heavy cardboard, three black bags of plastic and 2 sheets of chipboard. Also we had to wait for 4 weeks for delivery, which I think is normal, be warned, they rang up with a delivery date which didn't really suit us as I was away, they said if we could not take it on that day we would have to wait another 4 weeks. They are not flexible.

Really disappointed. I ordered my cabinet six weeks ago, I was informed it was in stock. Since then nothing.....the shop has chased...I have chased...nothing. I am seriously considering canceling my order for breach of contract. Not good service at all. The power of Facebook.....within 2 hours of posting this review I had a call to say my unit could be delivered that day. It was delivered and installed and I am really pleased with the unit and the assembler was a really nice man.. Upgraded my star rating form 1 to 4.

I ordered a HiLo cutting table from my local supplier who advised the item was in stock with no supply issues expected. The table was delivered promptly by Simon, a lovely guy who delivered the large container upstairs to my sewing space, assembled it and took time to run through with me its operation. It's solid, well-put together, and a delight to use (no more backache from cutting on a table that's too low!). Brilliant service, as I had expected and hoped for, from ordering it at Jaycotts through to waving Simon off my drive. I'm now saving up for the cabinet I want ...

Ordered the Maxi Eclipse. It’s a brilliant sewing station. Great personal service from Swindon. Geoff the installer was extremely efficient at not only negotiating stairs both outside and inside my home, but also speedily putting my sewing machine in place and demonstrating how to use the lift and the cabinet. I would highly recommend this company, for both the product and the service. Thank you - I can’t wait to put it to use!
