After scanning the market and getting a wide range of prices, conflicting advice and stereotypical "salesman", it was a pleasure to work with the Horizons team. From the start we got real experience based advice, straight answers and a decent price. The whole project continued in that way and the install went very smoothly, with Ben, Steve and team taking their time by not packing in multiple installations and doing a very professional and thorough job. I highly recommend them and the product and end result is superb.

Ive had an accident just after meeting him that limited my availability but Ben has been supportive and patient, provided an excellent service, fitting a superb sectional Hormann door and operator. The finish and detail is top knotch and the colour match spot on perfect. Thoroughly recommend him on personality alone let alone the work and enhancement to my home he has helped me with.

Fast, free quote at house. Very competitive price. Supplied new surround as well. We arranged a date and they stuck to it, texted the night before to let me know arrival time. Fantastic job done and they took the old door away and tidied everything up. I’m really pleased. It was exactly what I wanted. They did it whilst I was at work and left keys and guarantee in letterbox. It was such an easy, professional and carefree job! They didn’t expect payment until 10 days after completion and after they knew I was happy with the standard. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had a pedestrian door fitted to the garage, right from the start Ben was very professional, He promptly came to assess what we needed and the quote came though the same day. Day of fitment was arranged and the guys who fitted the door did a great job. Had to call out Ben to make some adjustments to the door which he did in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with the whole experience.
