I take my child here for swimming lessons....for now! The changing rooms are abysmal.. They need thorough cleaning as the smell of urine is sickening. It is pandemonium at swim lesson time as there are far too many people all crowding next to the pool, even with a queue system. It is the most stressful part of my week! The cafe serves nice coffee and has an ok selection of food if you want to grab a bite to eat, the service is very slow so you are best to order when you arrive if you want it ready to eat on time.

I was hear on the 7.4.23 and I found the place to be great and the staff were lovely and friendly, unfortunately I took my daughter who is 4 and son who is 10 and my daughter from the start complained about how cold it was, I thought she was being a bit silly but after about 15 minutes in the water her lips began to become blue so we hat to get out shortly after as she was to cold other than that was a good experience from the leisure centre

Joined up here when I returned from New Zealand for a visit over Xmas. Although I specifically paid more to have a temporary contract so I could cancel it on my return to NZ I receive an email every month telling me how much I owe them and threatening to refer me to a debt collection agency. I have contacted them multiple times and just get told " yeah those emails are automated just ignore them". Avoid this place at all costs as if you try and cancel you'll need to deal with the hassle and anxiety of being chased for money you don't owe. Luckily, I'm in NZ so there's nothing they can do anyway, but the next person might not be so lucky.
