recieved a penalty and was sent to wrong address which was across the road, after recieveing it few weeks later i appealed and accepted to pay the reduced amount but was ignored, never received a response and only recieved a debt recovery. seriously what is going on with these companies and the stress i have to deal with. Now they want £250.

Dishonest, unlawful and fraudulent company. Claimed that my wife's car was parked for several hours at a local supermarket which it was not. We provided irrefutable evidence from Dorset council (including photographic evidence) that the car was parked elsewhere, but they still tried it on by rejecting the appeal for no given reason! Phoned them up, informing them that if we receive any further correspondence from them, then they will be hearing from our solicitor. Haven't heard another thing from them, what a surprise! Even their automated telephone line is full of lies claiming that they will not discuss parking charge notices over the phone, even though they will! Just ignore the recorded lies and select option 9 when calling! Absolutely disgraceful and shameful excuse for a company!!

Second time at one of their monitored sites, same one in fact. It calls into question how they are in fact determining the comings and goings of vehicles. On both occasions I made 2 visits to the same store and and was captured by camera on the ingoing morning time and captured again on the outgoing late afternoon time. Totally disregarding the 4 minute later out in the morning and the 18 minute earlier in in the late afternoon. Something is going very wrong here and they should be properly investigated. I wonder how many have just paid without questioning it?

How can you run a company and i cant even send an email to appeal or even speak to someone who is real on the other end of the phone. I use tesco in brackley all the time as we are doing major works in the area, your cameras seem to think that i slept in the car park over night. I have got a tracker in my van but i cant explain this to anyone because i cant get through to anyone. My van is a hire van, myself or the company i am employed by now has to pay the hire company a £35 processing fee because your cameras are shocking. Please tell me how i am suppose to talk to someone?

if I could put less stars I would. I payed for longer than I stayed and still received a fine even though I have proof from my bank of payment. Through appealing the fine has raised significantly disgusting service.
