Outstanding, this team are truly experts in what they do. Horizon Loft Space transformed our 3 bedroom home to a 5 bedroom creating everything as I imagined in March 2022. From the first meet with Rich we knew that Horizon was the company to trust with our conversion, from the initial meeting Rich explained the process fully (our loft was a truss roof and L shape so required a LOT of structural steel work) one we received the quote I was delighted that it was competitive with other local companies. Our conversion was highly complex due to the structural work and size but Horizon were in their element, at first I was petrified of the thought of having building work continuing for 3 months and having trades men in my home. The whole of the team were wonderful and friendly such a pleasure to talk to and welcome into my home. We were updated on progress from day one to completion. All the team are highly skilled and professional with great customer service they worked with us through to project tailoring it to what we wished nothing was too much to ask for and everything was possible, if you’re contemplating having a loft conversion do it. I highly recommend Horizon. I contacted Rich as we needed to replace the skylight in our kitchen. Rich arrived at the time agreed to quote for the job and recommended a Studio Velux. Rich and his team fitted the new window and did some plastering work inside, they always arrived when they said they would and left everything clean and tidying, sweeping and mopping when they'd finished. They are incredibly professional and also very friendly and courteous. The Studio Velux looks great, we are really happy with it 😀

I wanted to bring light into my windowless bathroom and was sent Horizons’ detail from the Velux website. Rich’s contacted me promptly after I sent the email enquiry, he came out to see me, was very professional, easy to talk to; answered all questions I asked, talked through my ideas and added some good recommendations. Quote was very good and I was happy to proceed with the installation. Horizon fitted a Velux window and tunnel the light down through the loft to the bathroom...what a transformation, what was a dark room staved of natural light is now a bright light filled space. I’m so happy with the finished result. A job well done, I absolutely love it....so glad it been done. Rich and Rob worked speedily were helpful and professional, friendly and courteous. Rich and his team were great from start to finish. Really pleasant and approachable. We definitely didn’t have any worries about leaving them in the house whilst we were at work. They Always kept us informed of progress each day on our loft. Worked with us to unlock the most potential space gain. The placement of the stairs was great, it now looks like they had always been there!! Rich helped us at all stages when it came to purchasing the bathroom fittings etc to get the most out of the space. The room and en-suite that we were left with far surpassed our expectations.
