Absolutely fantastic, well worth the journey. Very well laid out and a great range. All of the fish appear very healthy and the tanks are all clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful, will be making this journey again regularly.

Popped in after driving from Scotland, place was really clean, owners & staff were extremely hospitable and made me feel really welcome even though I wasn't purchasing anything (yet!). Display tanks were stunning, I'm going to be visiting again when I next can. Keep up the amazing work!

Lovely place, very clean but very overpriced and horrible customer service. A young lady named Charlotte was rude by introducing herself to me by straight up telling me how expensive her fish was and how many compliments she gets from it as it lives in the showroom. Not sure why. It then lead to her not selling me a fish simply because she couldn’t test my water which was ridiculous and has never happened to me before. I then asked to pay a deposit for the fish i wanted or pay in full and come back for him after having to prove my water quality was fine and her and the management said no after a very quick discussion. I don’t know why any seller would refuse a sale, however I took my money elsewhere and bought a fish with not one suspicion from the seller that my tank wasn’t good enough and was much happier with the service i got from their aquatic shop instead. I will not be returning to Horizon Aquatics. MY RESPONSE TO HORIZON: the tank was set up for longer than a week with cycled water from one of my other tanks I couldn’t be bothered explaining this as the goal post from you all just kept moving and the constant accusations of my tank and myself not being good enough was just ridiculous. I dont care about charlottes fish or what you keep in the show room. I just dont appreciate the rubbish experience i had. Like i said i will take my custom elsewhere as theres plenty of other people who care and know about fish that aren’t are pathetic as you lot. Ps. Im happier with my new betta who was half the price and more my stlye worked out better for me in the end so thanks i guess 😂😂😂

Fantastic friendly staff and WOW! What a choice they have in store, the only issue you will have with this place is not knowing where to look. As a fellow person in the aquatics trade I can honestly say if my customers are looking at getting into aquascaping seriously this is a store I will recommend.
