    Time to treat myself to a new mower. After doing my homework I decided which machine would suit my needs best. I phoned all the local garden machinery shops near me to find a stockist. However when I spoke to Alex at Horace Fuller he said the model I was after was not a stock item however he'd have a ring round then get back to me. This he did in a very professional manor And within a couple of days he had the machine there P.D.I'd and ready for collection. Good old fashion service with a smile. 100% recommended by me

    Excellent customer service. Bought a brush cutter/strimmer and after the 2nd use one of the batteries stopped charging. Because I'm out of their immediate area they asked me to bring the battery in whi h I did. A quick check to confirm malfunction and a few minutes of paperwork and I'm away with a new warrantied battery if all businesses were as helpful.
