This is by far the best place to buy beer in Chelmsford, the staff especially Greg are very knowledgeable and helpful. And the more you go the better it will be as they will help you get an idea for what you like and what you don't, even if it's down to a particular hop. Fresh choice every week also, so never boring!

Disappointing.. Arrived just before 9:30pm to hear that they shut at 10 and that they normally only do takeaways at that time. Surely half an hour is long enough for a couple of drinks? Didn't feel welcome so left!
