Unless you have low standards or choose between their houses or the street then maybe consider staying at one of their houses. My housemates and I stayed in one of their houses for 2 years and I've never experience poor service from an agency. Their communication with us and with their own staff was honestly shocking, when we had mice the first year, they never resoved it, even after we moved out and recently we tried to get our deposit back and they were going to charge us for damages that existed before we moved in and for not giving back our house keys eventhough their is video evidence of us giving them in and it wasn't until I repeatedly sent them emails that they agreed to give our money back. Their standards are in literal hell and they haven't apologised for this either.
