    Sadly my experience of hoppa, or their agents, is no better than previous. Expected to be at a pick up 45 minutes after landing at Malaga but took 45 minutes to get through passport control. As a result driver had left. Told "you weren't there after 45 minutes, our driver was - tough". Had to take an uber which hoppa refused to refund.

    Booked journey from Paris ( Charles de Gaulle Int Airport ) to go Disney’s Seoul’s Lodge. The driver never showed up to greet us, we spent over an hour on the phone with 2 young children to be told to get a taxi as hoppa can’t get hold of anyone to collect us even though booked and paid for in advance! To add insult they would not give a cash refund but Joppa vouchers?!

    Do not use! I was left stranded in Majorca because my transfer didn't arrive. I was unable to contact anyone for assistance. I then hired a taxi to the airport incurring a large fee. Hoppa have refunded my transfer fee but not my taxi fare. Dreadful company.Imagine if one had health problems or young children,my experience could have been a nightmare. It was stressful enough without those issues

    Every single time I try to book the Hoppa there is hassle - the softwear is rubbish - it takes ages and defaults to previous bookings. Its never smooth running - I probably book it about 4/5 times a year and its never - ever straight forward.

    Don’t use this company I updated our flight details as the airport changed our flights I got confirmation they had received our info and it was all ok then found out the night before we were flying that they hadn’t informed the service provider so nobody came to pick us up 2 of us are in wheelchairs they wouldn’t help just kept saying sorry it’s to late to help now we ended up having to get taxis which cost us 80 euros will never use again
