I had a lovely spa day with my friend on the 15th April. We went for the Amber package, which was 50 min spa treatment and spa access with a sandwich lunch. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Dotty, she was very present throughout our day, she was kind, and helpful and made the spa feel very warm and welcoming. I also had my massage by Dotty, she was amazing!! You can tell that she puts her whole heart into her job, and truly deserves the recognition for this. The spa facilities were clean and well-kept. The facilities are plenty for a day here at the spa. It wasn't overcrowded even though we went on a Saturday, although we were informed that they weren't booked to capacity. The only thing I can say was disappointing about the spa, was the robes felt old. Me and my friend didn't have matching ones and they were tired looking. I think this was the same for all the robes I saw around the spa. So this could be improved. Sandwich lunch was plenty for a good snack, it tasted fresh with good produce. We did order chips too to go alongside the sandwiches, which didn't arrive until after we had eaten our sandwiches, this was disappointing. This was also the case for other guests too. Dotty is a wonderful member of the team, which made me want to return to this spa - which I can't say for many other spas I have been to in the past. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing day.

A lovely spa overnight stay with family. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The spa was amazing. Food and drinks were lovely. The only thing that let our stay down were the bedrooms. They were very stuffy due to the heating being too hot, which we turned off . The bedroom although clean was very tired. The bathroom was OK but things like grouting round the shower and bath were dirty. One thing I feel was dangerous was the temperatures on the radiators in the corridors. They were very hot and somebody could easily burn themselves on them if touched. This would not stop me from returning though as our time spent there was enjoyable
